Unsettled 10 Days
The weather for the next 10 days remains unsettled and cool for June but there are signs of a slight improvement after 5 or 6 days. Look out for this improved weather around June 18th but pressure does not seem that strong. This could result in just benign conditions with sunshine and cloud rather than any heatwave. After this there is a Low Pressure moving down from Iceland around June 21st or 22nd and this will bring us right back to square one again. The month will end on a cool note.

Rain Coming for Munster, Leinster
![]() |
| Heavy Rain this Week |
Tuesday to Friday will see high rainfall of up to 50mm in the East and South. More showery in the West and North. Maybe 10 to 20mm here. So far in Sligo there has been 70mm of rain in April, slightly above normal for the time of year.
Further into the period it looks like showers will become more scattered for Ireland.
There might even be some dry weather as we head into the start of May but it will be cloudy.
